Shipping policy

At The Eden Bloom, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and shipping. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping within Canada
- Flat rate: $10 to anywhere in Canada (excluding army bases and P.O. boxes)
- Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $100 (excluding army bases and P.O. boxes)
Shipping to the USA
- Flat rate: $10 CAD to anywhere in the U.S. (excluding army bases and P.O. boxes)
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 CAD (excluding army bases and P.O. boxes)
Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate - we cannot redirect packages once shipped
- Contact us within 7 days if your package doesn't arrive
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve lost or damaged shipments
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Eden Bloom is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery address to ensure your order arrives safely.
