Refund policy

At The Eden Bloom, each product is handcrafted in small batches with love and intention. Because of the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as we begin crafting your products immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective Products
While all sales are final, this policy does not limit your rights under Alberta's Sale of Goods Act or Canadian consumer protection laws. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
If you have any questions about our products, please reach out before ordering—we're happy to guide you on ingredients, sensitivities, or product recommendations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery scan and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and all packaging (inside and outside)
Please keep all packaging until we finish our review. Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item (when available), or
- Provide store credit or a refund if a replacement isn't possible
We may request the damaged item be returned before sending a replacement.
Lost or Not Received Packages
If tracking shows in transit or delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days. We will:
- Help you file a carrier claim
- Replace or credit your order once the carrier confirms loss
Note: Where the carrier provides proof of delivery (delivery scan, photo, GPS), theft after delivery is outside our control. We'll still support you with documentation for a police report or claim.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or unclaimed pickup can be resent at your cost
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items without prior authorization
- Gift cards, samples, or promotional items
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
International Orders (if applicable)
- Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable
- Refused international packages may be abandoned or returned. If returned, any shipping/handling costs will be deducted from eligible credits
